Work on planning the stages of your transformation. You have 12 frames, the first one is done, its the one of you looking forward, images 2-12 should be of you becoming a creature, object, male, female or whatever you choose. I recommend drawing the last image first, then draw the middle image that shows the mid point of the transformation. Creating your drawings in this way will make the transformation look smoother and more even. You need to pace the changes and not allow them to happen to quickly at the beginning or at the end.
